We didn't get any recipes for this month. So, since it's National Pork Month, I have selected some from our cookbook Southern and Then Some.
The counties selected for October are: Bullock, Cherokee and Washington. If you have any recipes (yes, you can send more than one!) that you would like to see in the Cooperative Farming News, please send them to us. We need to receive them by the 15th of each month.
